About the role:

Atmosphere is looking for a Content Acquisition Coordinator to comb through social media platforms and source video content for our current and upcoming channels.
Candidates should have experience working directly with content creators and brands. Experience with licensing and agreements is a plus. Must have strong social media/video instincts and exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be proficient in Google Sheets, and Google Docs. Top-tier organizational skills aren't a plus - they’re a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

Connect to, onboard and maintain relationships with video content creators
Work individually and collaboratively with our editing team to find captivating new content to be featured across our streaming channels
Review, sort, and curate video content for television streaming
Work with marketing, social media, distribution, and other departments to fulfill any video content needs

Requirements:

Experience working with creators and brands directly
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
A keen eye for detail and viral video content
Familiarity with social media trends and platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Vimeo)
Proactive work ethic, self-disciplined and responsive
Ability to bring new ideas to the table
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Ability to communicate in a professional brand tone
Experience in Salesforce, Adobe Suite, and/or digital asset management systems is a nice to have
Licensing and budget management is a nice to have
Marketing, outreach, and/or sales experience
Comfortable working in a startup environment
