About the Role:

Atmosphere is seeking an experienced Fulfillment & Support Specialist with a passion for logistics, shipping & receiving, vendor management, cross-functional collaboration, and timeliness. As an Atmosphere Fulfillment & Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely shipment and receiving of Atmosphere orders, assisting in inventory management, managing vendors, and supporting multiple internal customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of warehouse functions; labeling, replenishing, box making, loading/unloading trailers, moving stowed products to various locations.
  • Fulfill and organize orders to ensure the customer delivery process is efficient and accurate 
  • Be a consultant to the account executives and customer support representatives to answer questions and provide insight on customers we have shipped Atmosphere devices to.
  • Perform administrative and physical duties in support of activities related to shipping/receiving.
  • Fulfill and organize orders to ensure the customer delivery process is efficient and accurate. 
  • Create accurate shipping documentation for shipments.
  • Handle routine questions and problems related to shipping/receiving of goods.
  • Confirm the accuracy of invoices, bills, and charges related to shipments.
  • Maintain an organized ticketing pipeline and activity records using a CRM.
  • Focus on the entire shipping process for hardgoods; physical labor is required.
  • Develop, demonstrate and maintain technical skills to troubleshoot issues, create test scenarios and investigate issues based on customer product use
  • Provide excellent customer service–we take pride and great care in every order we fill for our customers.
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • One (1) or more years of professional experience with customer service, shipping/receiving, vendor management, and/or inventory management
  • Proven experience supporting multiple internal and external customers
  • Detail-oriented, committed to quality work products, and well-organized
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely while also being empathetic, accurate, compassionate, resourceful, and conscientious
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency and an ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making
  • Experience and enthusiasm for working with high performing teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Excel or Google Sheets
