About Atmosphere:
Atmosphere is the leading streaming TV platform built specifically for businesses. We are the first and only company to think about both the business owner and their customers when creating TV content. With 60,000+ venues and a global audience of over 150 million monthly viewers, Atmosphere is redefining what TV means outside the living room.

- Strategic Business Partnership: Act as a dedicated finance partner to key departments (e.g., Engineering, Marketing, or Sales), helping them manage budgets and understand the financial impact of their initiatives.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly board-level reporting packages that highlight Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budget).
- Data Integrity: Deep dive into our ERP and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and automate manual reporting processes where possible.
- Special Projects: Support capital raising activities, M&A due diligence, and pricing strategy for new product launches.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field (Engineering, math, physics, etc.) preferred.
- 2-4 years at a high-growth startup or on a corporate FP&A team; we also value candidates transitioning from investment banking, PE, or consulting who are ready to build.

- Strong understanding of tech-specific metrics such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), and Churn.
- High attention to detail and a "no-stone-unturned" approach to data.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Ability to distill complex financial concepts into simple, persuasive narratives for non-finance stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range $125,000-150,000*
- Company Equity
- Company 401(k) with employer matching
- Competitive insurance plans
- Flexible Time Off Policy
*Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skills, experience, and qualification for the role. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance.

Don’t meet every single requirement? Research shows that women and underrepresented groups often hesitate to apply unless they meet all the criteria. At Atmosphere, we’re committed to building a diverse, inclusive team where creativity, innovation, and teamwork thrive. If you're excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification, we still encourage you to apply—you might be the right fit for this or another role.
