About the Role:

Atmosphere TV is seeking an ambitious, organized and creative Junior Producer to take ownership of a variety of tasks for the Video on Demand team. The candidate should be technically savvy, a problem solver, and willing to ask questions when necessary.  The main focus of the role will be taking ownership of Atmosphere’s livestream workflow and schedule, with some additional responsibilities on VOD channels and platform advertising needs as required.

This position is on-site in Austin, TX and may occasionally require weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage Atmosphere’s livestreaming schedule and platform, ensuring assets are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Create and adapt dynamic video and still assets adhering to brand guidelines of streaming partners.
  • Coordinate logistics and timelines with internal teams and key stakeholders for live events, including Red Bull, Victory+, The Cowboy Channel and more.
  • Produce and deliver creative assets for the marketing and advertising teams.
  • Support VOD and broader Content team initiatives, including editing, formatting, and content prep as needed.
  • Maintain organized documentation, trackers, and asset libraries to support efficient production workflows.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of professional social, digital, or TV experience (production or post-production preferred)
  • Proactive, self-directed work style with the ability to perform well under deadlines
  • Experience with Adobe Suite: Premiere and Photoshop
  • Strong interest in media and entertainment
  • A team player who brings enthusiasm and a willingness to try new ideas
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Efficiency with Google Suite (i.e., Sheets, Docs)
  • Familiarity with streaming platforms and the free ad-supported streaming ecosystem is a plus
  • Comfortable learning and using AI tools and other workplace technologies
  • Bachelor’s in Media, Communication or a related field strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary $50,000 - $55,000
