About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our HR team and take the lead on building the talent pipeline that powers Atmosphere’s growth. This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner directly with department leaders, including our Ad Sales leadership team, to hire the people who drive our revenue and expand our market presence. You’ll be the go-to recruiting expert for Ad Sales, owning searches for account executives, account directors, sales operations, and related roles, while also supporting strategic hires in other parts of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of roles, with a heavy emphasis on Ad Sales and related positions.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand team needs, define success profiles, and align on sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and industry events.
- Screen, interview, and guide candidates through the process, ensuring a high-touch, positive experience at every stage.
- Collaborate with HR to maintain a compliant, efficient hiring process through our ATS.
- Track recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and time-to-hire, using data to inform process improvements.
- Represent Atmosphere at career fairs, networking events, and industry functions to strengthen our employer brand.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarks to help hiring managers make informed decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to advertising and/or ad sales hiring.
- Demonstrated ability to attract, engage, and close top talent in competitive markets.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., JazzHR, Lever) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range $130,000 - $150,000*

*Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skills, experience, and qualification for the role.This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance.
